Acceptance of Terms. By using https://kjbeautystudio.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, KJ Beauty Studio markets and arranges Hair Salon, Beauty Salon, Hair Stylist, Hair Colorist, Gel Manicure, Gel X Nails, Builder Gel Nails, Nail Art. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. KJ Beauty Studio (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. KJ Beauty Studio may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://kjbeautystudio.com is provided on an "as is" basis. KJ Beauty Studio makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Damages. KJ Beauty Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold KJ Beauty Studio harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Term Changes. KJ Beauty Studio may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
